Previously a senior manager in manufacturing industry, John is now a Teaching Fellow at the University of Sheffield Management School, teaching Statistics and Operations Management and offering consultancy in these areas.Cath’s consultancy work has helped a variety of public, voluntary sector, and partnership client organisations improve their strategic performance. She is highly skilled in assessing the strategic issues and opportunities which clients face and in developing practical options for them to pursue. She is now particularly interested in helping clients develop evaluation processes linked to decision-making as a means of strategic performance improvement; and in carrying out evaluation studies, enabling managers and trustees to find out whether they have achieved the outcomes they aimed for. She has an MBA, an MSc in Organisational Development & Consultancy and is a Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Management Consultancy.
