Diane has over 15 years experience in the fields of learning, business and management. development. She has held permanent positions in Training and Consultancy roles in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

She is an approved Investors in People Adviser and works with the standard in small businesses, the public and voluntary sector and schools.

For the last 6 years she worked on a variety of projects which have included delivery of leadership development programmes, Trainer Training programmes and business support packages including business planning, marketing planning, customer service and reviewing HR practices.

Her passion is adult learning and development and her strengths lie in the ability to design and deliver innovative learning programmes which inspire people to change and develop their approaches to people management. Her experience across a wide range of sectors allows her to challenge and help individuals, teams and organisations adapt to organisational change.
