Our Approach To Coaching

mle logoOur approach involves enabling clients to improve their skills in firstly diagnosing what is happening for them in their particular organisation or context; this might involve a number of management approaches- psychology, systemic understanding, analysis of processes.

I am particularly interested in working with clients to enable them to take a positive approach to change. I enjoy the challenge of working with people to empower them when they are “stuck” or de-motivated. I see it as my role to enhance their thinking skills-identifying problems, analysing situations, playing with ideas, making connections, testing assumptions to enable them to see more options and alternatives for action.

The approach is very explicit and encourages openness, honesty and self awareness. Ongoing support and constructive challenge is provided through goal setting, reflection and further action planning.

  • At times of major change, both personal and organisational.
  • For personal development and career planning.
  • Following a promotion or during a secondment.
  • To improve your performance faced with complex challenges.
  • For support during organisational restructuring.
